Churrasqueria Rodeo Overview

Oh for the love of God!! If you're a meat fiend, drop what you're doing and head to El Rodeo as fast as you can. Meat is delivered on swords, salad by the dustbin lid-ful (just joking). When you've had enough, you show the waiter the red card provided. When you just want to keep stuffing your face with lamb, steak, chicken, pork, warthog, buffalo and every other kind of meat you can think of, just keep the green card showing. It's a novel experience, and one that works. I defy you to leave this restaurant feeling undernourished.
With large tables and a fun atmosphere, it's a great venue for large parties - a kind of cross between a medieval banquet, a raucous school dinner and a private party. The waiters are efficient and fun - especially to any children in your party - and dash about with lightening speed, which can be a bit disconcerting when they're brandishing four-foot swords, but so far there have been no reports of accidental decapitations.
If you're seriously hungry, or just seriously carniverous, this is your kind of place. There's parking aplenty, a nice bar to down a pre-lunch or dinner apperatif, and for what you get the price is very reasonable. Ok, the interior may be a bit bright and canteen-like for some, but who cares when you're on a feeding frenzy!

    Food Glorious Food!

    Jill Osler from East Anglia

I love everything about this restaurant; the staff, the wonderful food, the value for money. Every time I dine there I feel as though I've died and gone to heaven!! For the record, the tel number at top of page is INCORRECT (713235) - it's the number for a private house!

    spectacular in every way

    Sarah from tenerife

in my opinion and no doubt my familys opinion this resteraunt had no faults, the food can not be summed up in any other way except, brilliant, beautiful, and mouth watering. there isnt a long wait for your food, even if there was there would be so much to entertain you, the kitchen, the salad bar, and other two bars! its just wonderful. i cant wait till i go again.

    The best eating experience!

    Joe Parker from Dunfermline, Fife

We have eaten at Rodeo every year for the last 3 years when we've been in Tenerife. The food is fantastic - the salad bar is possibly the best I've ever seen and the selection of meats is great. The prices have crept up each year but not by much. 18 Euros for all you can eat is a great price. The staff are always friendly and if the outside cocktail area is open it makes for one of the highlights of our holiday. You must visit at least once just to enjoy the experience.

Too much like a school canteen

    Simon from Tenerife

Ok the meat is good and it just keeps coming... but turn down the lights for ~***s sake. It's like being back at school. This place could have good food AND a great atmosphere if they'd turn down the brightness.
