Dive and Sea Tenerife, PADI Dive Centre offers you a first class diving experience. We only use PADI Certified Instructors and Divemasters, and only use trained RYA boat handlers.We focus on small groups so that we can offer you a personal experience. A small group allows us to tailor your dives so that you can get the most out of your scuba diving trip. Any photos and videos we take of you whilst you are diving with us are put on our facebook page and our website for you to view.

We have courses to suit every level of ability, You can start scuba diving at just 8 Years old with the PADI Bubblemaker or PADI Seal Team. These are swimming pool-based allowing children the chance to try Scuba Diving in a safe and controlled environment. They can then move on to Discover Scuba Diving from age 10, which gives you a 12-month certification allowing you to dive with any PADI Professional.

If you want to progress in your diving education we can offer you all of the PADI courses starting with the Open Water Diver Course which takes approximately 3 days allowing you to dive down to 18 metres. The next certification level is the Advanced Open Water Diver taking just 2 days to complete doing 5 Adventure dives which can include Wreck, Drift, Boat or Night Diver. You can then become a Rescue Diver which is best described as rewarding and challenging! This course expands on what you already know about how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur. As a rescue diver you can then take your first step as a PADI Professional Diver and become a Divemaster either as a Divemaster Intern where you work with our team over a period of weeks to complete your training, or on a prepaid course.

For certified divers who want to come and have some fun we offer you great value dive packs. We also offer the opportunity to complete PADI specialities such as Digital Underwater Photography, Wreck Diver, Deep Diver, Drift Diver and Peak Performance Buoyancy.

We visit a variety of different dive sites depending upon your certification level offering you the opportunity of visiting Wreck sites, Deep dives, Night Dives and the chance to see a huge array of different sea life such as Sting Rays, Octopus, Turtles, Puffer Fish, Baracuda, Sea Horses, Moray Eels, and Trigger fish as well as many more exciting sealife.

If you have ever thought about trying diving why not take advantage of our Free try dives which we run every week, just call us and we will book you in with one of our PADI Professionals.

We also offer local boat and snorkelling excursions which give a relaxing opportunity to swim or snorkel and see the beautiful coastline of southern Tenerife.

  god did i panic or wot......

  just what it says on the tin... i was nervous as hell... breathing underwater ? well i didnt start very well in the swimming pool. after 15 mins i said to pete, thats it im going.. he calmed me down.. spent so much time with me.. he was, and paulo were ... FANTASTIC... in the sea... ol my god why was i doing this... again they didnt leave my side... under the sea was great.. i was so relaxed i didnt want it to end... any body thinking of diving in tenerife,, this are your guys and of course melissa. BRILL. thanks again gang for a wonderfull day... dave

  Our Daughters first experience of Diving

  We started the day somewhat nervous, as although Emily (12yrs), is a good swimmer, Diving in the sea could have been quite daunting. To add to this, we were, as her parents putting our full trust in Pete and Melissa due to not diving ourselves !! Ours fears were so misplaced. This is a fantastic outfit that takes each individual as exactly that, and teaches at a pace the student learns at. They instill confidence, and should you fancy a taster dive whilst in Tenerife, these are your guys. Absolutely brilliant couple of days spent in their company, highly recommend their services, and will be doing it as a family with them on our next trip to Tenerife.

  Melissa and Pete are two people who truly understand what a good service level is all about; they're friendly, professional and warm people. They really make you feel at home instantly. Furthermore: the diving was excellent with good and new equipment and a fantastic instructor (Pete). I really had a great time and will surely come back again when or if I ever make it back to Tenerife. Oh, just one thing: Melissa, could you please put up road signs? Driving straight into the harbor simply doesn't feel right unless you know it's the right way... ;-) All the best to you both! P.S. Paolo, good luck with the dive master training and your english. Keep up the practice and do your best to teach some spanish to Melissa and Pete, will you?

  .... this is how I described my first time under the sea swimming with the fishes - it was amazing! I had come away on holiday on my own with the specific intention of passing my Open Water course (I have never dived before), and the whole team were excellent and made me feel very welcome. The course was well taught, the team were very friendly.... and so I passed... and will be back soon to complete my Advanced Open Water. I will recommend Dive and Sea Tenerife to everyone, top class people and a top class experience!

  I have been diving in Tenerife many time before, but Dive and Sea Tenerife, provided me with the best experience, they are a really good fun group who go out of their way to ensure that I had a great time when we were diving. I loved the pictures they put on facebook and I would recommend Pete, Melissa, Sam and Paolo to any diver no matter what your experience level!!

  Highly recommended for experienced divers

  Having dived for nearly 20 years from the Southern Ocean to the North Sea we've seen a lot of dive operations to compare these guys to( and this includes Tenerife !) and for an all round experience what Dive and Sea Tenerife offer is complete. The boat is a modern well maintained R.I.B with a huge engine.Good radio, GPS and sonar with up to date O2 kit. Both Pete and Melissa are RYA qualified and it shows.Surfacing from our second dive in November wind strength had picked up to 5 going on 6 and a current had taken us 1/4 mile from the boat.Diver recovery was excellent by Melissa and Pete's seamanship on the way in was remarkable.His expertise showed alternating rev.s between wave troughs and what could have been a very bumpy ride was the smoothest we've ever been in in that kind of weather. We each did a dozen dives over two weeks and every dive site was different and interesting.There are great scenic dives with swim throughs,an abundance of spectacular wildlife including guaranteed close encounters with stingrays and turtles.There is a pristine upright 35m wreck swarming in fish.We were even lucky enough to see a deep water comb jelly in the day time ! We went in November and if UK divers are looking to extend the diving season with diving that can be a little more adventurous than the red sea then these guys will provide it for you. Linda and I are both BSAC trained and I am also a PADI Divemaster and we can say far as professionalism is concerned Pete, Melissa , Paulo and Sam were all spot on providing fun and safety reassurance which is what it's all about.

The boat and suits they are second to none, they even had a suit to fit me at 6.7ft tall (but slim i am not lol) looking forward to diving again next year. Many thanks again Paul.

  Very Friendly and Professional, Good set up

  Good location, good boat and dive kit with friendly and professional instructors. It was also great to dive a few different sites as I hadn't dived out of San Miguel Harbour before. Some good topography and good life especially on the site the submarine visits. I wish them all the best with the construction of a new dive shop on the site.

  I went to Tenerife, looking forward to doing an open water course, but of course, I left it to the last minute, but thankfully, the team at Dive and Sea Tenerife were able to help out, and I got my open water certificate in 3 days :) They were all lovely people, and it was a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone that's in Tenerife,looking to dive and I can honestly say I'm looking forward to going back :)

  I hadn't dived for about 6 years (and even when I did I wasn't a high standard) but one of my friends who I was on holiday with had just passed her open water dive course and was really keen to get a dive in so I said I'd go with her. The team at Dive and Sea Tenerife were really accomodating and fine with the fact that I was out of practice and we got two amazing dives in. So glad I decided to tag along it was so much more fun than I'd remembered.

  We just spent a week diving, with the team at Dive and Sea in Tenerife, and had a wonderful time. Really friendly people, very knowledgeable and patient. One of our group completed her PADI Advanced course and was so pleased with all the help from them, nothing was to much trouble. The rest of us had many great dives, simply awsome !! We would highly recommend them and will be back in January for more fun.

  If you're looking for a great Dive Club, professional, superb value and great fun you need look no further. I am an Advanced diver and resident here in Tenerife. I am so pleased to have met these guys, nothing is too much trouble and they cater very much for individual needs. All the equipment is well maintained and of a high quality. The centre is in a great position with a variety of sites within close proximity. It's great to find such enthusiasm, patience and expertise. I can't recommend them highly enough and I will certainly be diving with them on a regular basis!

  I did 4 dives with the Dive and Sea Tenerife team and found them absolutely excellent with good local knowledge, first class kit and an objective to make my experience as fulfilling as possible, an objective they fully achieved. However I did feel an apology for being 4 minutes late picking me up from the hotel due to a hold up on the motorway was a little over the top:-)

  Trip out with the lads!

  We had a trip out with Sam and Pete as a gift from a friend. The trip was fabulous. We were met first by the lovely Melissa who was friendly and very efficient oh and didn't even laugh at my passport foto! The sea was calm and lovely on the way to Los Cris. The boys were really informative and a great laugh. We moored up (is that the correct nautical phrase?!lol) and had lunch. After this, went back to the harbour. It was a little more choppy on the way back but great fun. My hubby has some mobility probs but the guys were great with him..help itself. Safety was paramount. I would highly recommend the guys to anyone for diving or for tailor-made pleasure trips. Thsnks all! Fabulous day out. Love ya all! xx

  First time in the water for a year or two and I was looked after extremely well. Kit was excellent and the dive boat was smart. Had the wife and kids with me and they were allowed out on the boat which made their day as well. Highly reccommended, will have another bash when we are in Tenerife over the new year.

  Amazing Experience with Dive and Sea Tenerife

  Hey, Just wanted to say how much of an amazing experience diving is. Its one of those things I never saw myself doing and now that I have had a taster I will definately be persuing this interest. You were all so wonderful and I can not thank you enough for the patience, care and knowledge that you have shared with me and Martin. Sam was a great instructor and so very patient with me - he had confidence in what he was doing and managed to pass some of that confidence onto me. Pete was brilliant in that -despite almost losing his regulator to my swimming arms - was patient and supportive and has shown me a `whole new world?. The intructions were clear and precise the whole way through. Melissa took care of everything and everyone and I can happily say that Martin is in safe hands with your team. Not forgetting Paulo, well done for your efficiency and keep up the good work. Once again, you are all amazing and I hope to be diving with you all soon when I return to complete my open water diver course! All the best x
